I have always wanted to help people grow. At age 11, I wrote an earnest letter to the Des Moines Register Advice Columnist Ann Landers, asking how I could get a job like hers. Ann and her twin sister Abby dispensed daily advice in newspaper columns across the globe. Like them, I wanted to help others succeed. Unlike them, I would write an 11-year-old back. :)

I graduated from the University of Iowa with Degrees in Communications and Sociology. For the next two decades, I worked at a large media company in Los Angeles, mentoring and coaching people and teams. This gave me in-depth experience and a deep enjoyment in the personal and professional development of others.

I transitioned from the corporate world to prioritize family and more conscious and meaningful living. The last decade has been spent doing the same for others, as a Life Coach, Business Consultant, Retreat Leader, Co-Host at the Psychology Centered Podcast, ‘Fear Me Out’, and as a trusted Advisor and Speaker at Women’s Economic Ventures.
